We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all our shipping. Please remember that some items are made to order, so please allow time for them to reach us and then be shipped to you. Some items are posted out by a third party, and purchasing an item implies you agree to your details being shared with that third party.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping method. Any orders where free shipping has been selected incorrectly will result in us requesting the shipping payment before fulfilling your order, or your order being cancelled straight away.

Returns policy ​

We understand that from time to time you may not be entirely happy with your order due to delivery issues or, very rarely, the quality of the products, and we lay out our policy below to enable you to either return your order or receive a replacement in appropriate circumstances.

This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location and applies to all orders submitted through our website. We trust that you are always happy with the quality of the items in your order. Please let us know if there are any issues. All clothing items are made to order, so please check the size guide before ordering, as we cannot offer returns unless the clothing is damaged or faulty.

For any items damaged in shipping, please report the issue to us as soon as you receive the item, as we offer guarantees and insurance on all our shipments. For any issues re quality, damages or faults, please email authoremritchie@gmail.com
